Collection of Data - Cookies

MARKETING
If you don’t want to hear from us that’s fine.
From time to time we send a newsletter to our clients and contacts. We never inundate you with unwanted mail and try to only provide you with useful information that we think you’ll be interested in. And we only ever email you if we have received permission from you first.
If you change your mind, you can always decide you don’t want to hear from us anymore. Just click the unsubscribe link contained in the emails you have received.
Please note – we will never sell or give your personal data to third party companies for marketing purposes.
STORAGE AND SECURITY
Data Storage
i) Data collected for marketing
We keep all data collected for marketing purposes in our United Kingdom based databases. We will delete your data within 48 hours if you request us to do so.
ii) Data collected for contractual purposes
We also keep all data collected for the purposes of conducting a business transaction and relationship with you in in our United Kingdom based databases and we keep it for the minimum period legally required by HMRC in relation to the processing of financial transactions. Images sent to us will be stored on our secure UK based servers indefinitely. Any images you request to be deleted will be deleted within 48 hours.
Data Security
We have ensured that our servers are equipped with appropriate and licensed software and hardware protection. We regularly review and update this protection.
Our hardware is in a secure location within the UK, with authorised access only.
GDPR
As an individual, you may have certain rights under the GDPR. These rights may include your right to object, to be forgotten and to access your data.

We’re human and we know that despite our best efforts, we sometimes get it wrong. If that happens, then we want to make sure we can put things right as quickly and as far as is possible and we take all complaints seriously.
